Red, white and black Jump brand dress. Size XS/4 (?)

Red, white and black Jump brand dress. Size tag has been cut out but my model usually wears a size 4. My mannequin is usually a size small/6. ( and it doesn’t quite zip in the back on the mannequin) See photos for details and measurements.
