Red tunic/dress with silver headed collar

Peter Nygard, it's a dress with tights for me because I'm short, but is a tunic on normal people 😆 3/4 sleeves, darted at the bust and slit at the bottom. Very comfortable, 23.5in from armpit to seam. Make an offer!
