Red tulle skirt with green satin trim

This red tulle skirt with satin green trim is gorgeous!!! It is very full. This was made for me and I never had a chance to wear it. Laying flat it is roughly 15 inches across the elastic opening and is very stretchy. I can stretch it up to 25 inches so there is a lot of flexibility in the size this can fit. It was a one size fits most. At the time I purchased I was a size 10-12.
