Red strapless dress

BCBG Maxazria strapless dress. Never worn. I'm sort and I think it would look great on someone taller that could show off the uneven hem. There is boning in the bust area. Sometimes the fabric rolls at the top of the boning. 68% acetate, 27% polyester, and 5% spandex. When laying flat the measurements are: top 15" across, sort length 36", long length 45".
