Red sparkly dress

Worn once for a pageant. Top part laces up in the back, it's a halter, with sequins and silver threaded flowers. Bottom is a solid red. Fabric is polyester for top and bottom. 2 pieces but the top fits right over the bottom and makes it look like a dress. Size 13
