Red printed wrap dress

This printed dress is a size Medium but fits pretty snug on me. Would probably suit a size small a lot better. The skirt doesn’t have any closure so there is a risk in it flying open. But it lays down very nicely. I am a true size medium and a 36c, I would say I have broad shoulders and I’m 5’4”.
