Red off the shoulder ruffle top dress

Reds off the shoulder ruffle top dress ❤️ I originally bought this for a cruise we went on and it ended up not being warm enough to wear and has sat in my closet since. I love that this Dress is SUPER SOFT and goes across the chest and arms. Last picture is of the arm holes underneath the ruffle to get a better idea.
