What is the shoulder measurement from seam to seam and is it stretchy at all? I have huge shoulders and would like to be able to use my arms 😂. And how long is it? Does it hit above or below the waist? Is the lining red or black?

@elfieinblack Omg I just read this. Shoulder to shoulder: 16.5”. Length: 23.5”. It’s a little stretchy but not much. Lining is black. I just posted new pictures for you and I’m shipping things out today, just in case you’re still interested♥️
