susieb226 @suzanne_silvers hi! Thanks for your interest. So the dress has an empire waist but it does still narrow at the natural waist. And that is about 16.25 inches from seam to seam. From the armpit it’s 7 inches. And again that’s for the armpit to the natural waist. I also Measured the empire waist seam from side to side and that is 17 inches.

suzanne_silvers @susieb226 TYVM. Still confused with the 17" measurement. Does that mean the armpit to armpit bustline is 34"?

susieb226 Hi so it’s 3 different measurements. The 17 inches side to side is just below the bust where the empire waist seam is. The natural waist is lower because the dress is fitted. The armpit to natural waistline is 7 inches.
