Red cabochon and 925 silver ring

Eye catching and Aries red with intricate design work around stone and part way down shank. Tag still on but I dont know from where. Purchased from international auction house. There is I noticed when photographing a teeny pinhole on stone. See last pic. Love this but it's too big for me. Think it's a 7 or 8.
