Adorable ruffles galore in this Red by Valentino tote. The pink and black lace inner lining is almost cuter than the ruffles on the outside. Thick comfy shoulder strap. Carried 2x outside - Zero visible wear inside or outside. Almost long enough to be worn crossbody if you are size 0-8. I am not, ha, so a shoulder tote it was for me! No matching dust bag- sorry can’t find it anywhere but will supply one from another couture brand.
