juliebowers582 @travelgoddess1 this dress is very stretchy and form fitting … it would fit a 16 nicely with a little bit of relaxation. At a size 16 you would be able to slip this dress on over your head without even using the zipper, it’s that stretchy. I would say this size is closer to an 18 and at that size it fits snugly. Hope that helps!

juliebowers582 @travelgoddess1 congrats on your weight loss! That’s amazing. Chest measurement when flat (not stretched) is 18 inches and hip measurement is 19 inches when flat and not stretched. You can easily add a few inches to those measurements with the stretch.
