Great piece! Super cute and great for spring and summer! Please comment for measurements:) The tool on the bottom of dress does tend to clump together but isn’t noticeable. It’s from SHEIN so the material isn’t the best haha Wore for my pregnancy pics but could be worn for prom or weddings
