Red and white seersucker skirt

Red and white seersucker skirt. Buttons and zips in front. Pockets and faux pockets on back. Also has belt loops. Size 6. Two yellowish spots one near hem in front and one on back of skirt near middle. These are barely noticeable and may come out with a spot remover. The photos show the spot darker than they actually are.
