Red and silver leaf costume jewelry choker

Pretty choker with “garnet” looking jewels. In a unique leaf/vine design. 15.5 inches long, adjustable. Perfect for prom! I wore this piece to my prom in 2000. I found it in an antique store at the time. Other than that, I know nothing about it.
