Red and silver bezel oval picture frame

Red and silver bezel oval picture frame with attached red w/ white polka dot heel/pump. Inside of oval approx measurements" 2 1/4" x 3 1/4". Metal and glass. Good condition- some small chips along edges of glass from rubbing in the frame- not visable thru frame.
