Red and black striped dress

This is a super cute, short sleeved, red and black striped mini-dress. The brand is City Triangles. I am 5’7” and 150 lbs and it fits me but it’s pretty short on me. Good to wear with tights or spandex underneath. There is a black slip-like layer underneath the bottom half. It’s in great shape!
