Red and White Striped High-Low Dress

This spaghetti strap dress is perfectly patriotic. It comes to the knee, and pairs well with a jean jacket in the colder months, but can be a sweet summer dress as well. For women with larger chests, the ruffle may not lay quite right because of its short length. The dress was worn for 1 Fourth of July and is in great condition.
