This is SUCH a lightweight, soft, comfortable dress! It has adjustable bow straps and an elastic off-the-shoulder top. The sleeves and the bottom of the dress have a bit of a ruffle to them. It’s a great summer dress and looks really good with a fun bralette! The pattern reminds me of paisley, but is actually patterned flowers.
