Red and Blue Floral Dress

Stunning red, white and blue floral dress with an open tie back and adjustable tie around the wiast. Can we make noise for the back of the dress?! It's Perfect! Great for a fancy office, brunch, baby shower, wedding shower, or even a cocktail attire wedding! This dress is so comfortable, plus I love the open shoulder sleeves - there is a white layer underneath so you bra doesn't show. I just don't wear it enough!
