There is a tool that is semi-stiff underneath, and along the edge of the bottom hem This dress seems to me very Spanish, or swing dance, or pinup or rockabilly The top portion is very secure, and feels very supportive It gives a flattering shape and design on the chest portion, upper For reference, I am 5’4” and 120 pounds chest size 34B and it does not feel too snug on me but does seem that it would fit smaller chest as well since the halter is adjustable
