cowhideboutique @maryannelerro Hi Mary Anne. to answer your questions, it is ankle length. My late wife was very petite but since it is a robe, bust size would probably not be a factor. Help me out. Being a man, I don't know how to answer your question on hat size. She loved hats and could wear mostly size small..
