These are very good work and/or winter boots that are in very good condition. Red Wing boots are built to last. The tread is in decent condition, and since they are Goodyear welted, they can be resoled and worn for years to come.

@cotyp357 The tongue is stamped with “11 B 58028”, then “2022” below it. I took a picture as best I could, but it’s a bit hard to see.

Otherwise, the tag on the inside of the tongue (shown in one of the pictures) is likely the model number.
