@jill_mannis top of waist measures 13.5" flat. front rise is 11", back rise is 14". it's 98% Cotton and 2% elastane. hope that helps!

I usually wear a stretchy/big 24 or a tighter fit 25...are these more one way or another?

@jill_mannis I would say it leans more Rigid than stretch. but I feel like I may have worn them in based on the waist measurement. these are a high rise so maybe measure one of your high rise Rigid jeans at the waist to see if it's comparable to a 13.5" (flat)
