Fabric has a little stretch and thinking it’s Dacron. Because when wet the fabric has that strong vintage Dacron smell but dries odorless. Free of holes, stains or smells. Though it’s been worn and washed many times the vibrant red color just keeps on going. Laying flat front measurements: shoulder to shoulder: 14”, chest abt 17.5”, waist (is a little tricky) 15.5”-16”, drop waist/hip is abt 17” above the flower embroidery and abt. 18” when measuring blow the embroidery-with that measurement skirt is abt 14”
