Red Velvet Button Down Shirt NWT

This is a radiant red button down shirt that can be styled as a top or a light jacket. Ruching on the back gives a more fitted look. It is completely NWT, never worn. Please do note the imperfection, however, of the threading on the buttons (last picture). Size is petite XL!
