Red Sweetheart Rouche Bodice A-line Gown

Sweetheart neckline, rouched corset bodice dress with a flowy skirt! Tag says US Women’s 12 but I had it altered to fit size 10! Fabric has several pulls in it I believe all of them are pictured. There’s also two very small makeup stains on the back, not pictured. Worn once.
