Red Skirt with Double Row of Buttons

Red Skirt with Double Row of White Buttons with Gold Trim. Front zippered pockets. Back pockets with matching buttons. Size 16. Approximate measurements: waist/18” flat and length/22” Worn a couple of times, there are two small black marks on the back of the skirt, see last picture. I didn’t even notice until I was taking pictures, so I didn’t try to remove them.
