Red Silk Cheongsam maxi dress size XL in Chinese sizing

This is a traditional Cheongsam dress that I purchased while in Beijing China in 2008 and it has never been worn so it is like new. It has the original tags inside Kevin T is the designer. It has a mandarin collar with a zipper in the back. Also two slits along the sides at the bottom that run the length of your lower leg. It is silk and gorgeous. It is sized as an XL but it runs smaller than the XL in the States so I have taken lots of pictures with a measuring tape so that you can see the measures.
