Red Samsung FlashCam HMX-U10 HD 10MP Pocket Camcorder. Comes with a  1GB SD card,  USB Charger cable, manual and Disc.  Comes in original box.  No AC wall charger, but the USB charger works fine. I plugged it into my computer and it charged right up. Tested and works.
