Red Saks Fifth Avenue Blue and White Dress

Great, quasi-nautical dress. The fabric is really stretchy so the bodice is form-fitting. The A-line skirt is very flattering, although there are a couple of stains on the white bands. The dress hits me (5'5") at about mid-thigh, so this is a great Spring/Summer party dress.
