sstar21 @jenariel absolutely the arm length is neck to end of sleeve 23” . The pants from waist to bottom hem is 30” The waist is elastic and has a draw string to tighten. The bottom of the helm of the pants has an elastic band and there are 3 buttons going up the side to put over boots. The jacket also buttons up. They are very well made. Hope this helps!
