Red Raw Hem Tie Front Cut Up Cropped Graphic Tee The Fosters Geisha Floral

Bright red graphic tee. Design has a Geisha woman wearing light purple dress with paper fan and large light blue flowers in the background. The writing says "the fosters". Color may differ from pictures due to light and screen color Bottom hem has been cut along with neckline. I cropped it back in highschool. It has a super short cropped length with tie in front and open neckline. Would probably fit xs-medium but see measurements below for better idea of fit. All tags were cut out when neckline was cut out. Pretty sure it's cotton. Amazing condition, light wear. All measurements are flat lay and approx pit to pit: 17in total length: 15in shoulder: 13.5in
