Red Plaid alt skirt (Small)

It's been worn twice, and there's no wear or anything. It's like new. The suspender thingys can clip and unclip from the skirt. It is a small, and it fits tightly around the waist/stomach area, but is long enough to be pulled up to a certain height if necessary. No clue what the brand is, as there's one tag inside but it only has wash instructions and the size.
