How sure are you of the size? Also do you know which tartan this is? Possibly McGregor?

@jpwalker83 honestly im not too sure of the tartan but i am seeing a lot of kilts made similar to this one by the same company and they say mcgregor. im also not 100% sure of the size but its 36in completely spread out and 13in laying down with it completely on the velcro. it does stretch too
