Red Peplum Blouse

This is a Candie’s beautiful peplum blouse. It’s gorgeous and like new. It’s a size medium but I would say it’s more for a small. The sleeves are tight when I stretch and it ends up being a wrap too because I can’t button the buttons. Super cute.
