mulvey_ @taylorhorsey64 no it cannot. it’s sewn right into the hood, and the hood can’t be removed either.

mulvey_ @taylorhorsey64 i don’t know what a juniors xl fits like.. i was always on the smaller side, i usually wore a medium. now i’m an xl in women’s. i wear a 14 in jeans, and it fits me. it’s kinda snug, but i’m a short, chubby 14, not a taller, skinny one lol. it wouldn’t fit if i had a thick sweater or a hoodie on under it. hope that helps.
