Blazer and skirt set by the brand MetroStyle Short sleeve blazer with five functional buttons. Skirt zips up back and buttons. Has small amount of elastic in the back and kick pleat. Flaws: stitching is coming undone on left sleeve (last picture) - not super obvious. Measurements (taken laying flat): Skirt waist: 15 in to 16 in with elastic Skirt length: 23.25 in Skirt hip: 19.5 in Blazer Pit to pit: about 19.5 in Sleeve width: 6.5 in
