Red Lulu’s Button-Up Mini Dress

NWOT never worn other than trying on. Washed once and needs a steam to get out the wrinkles. I love this dress, but it doesn’t fit me properly! It’s tight around the waist, has a lower cut and is a little short, but very flattering when fits right! Label says S, but I think it better fits XS.
