Red Likely Cocktail Dress

This dress definitely runs very small based on my usual sizing - runs more like a 0 or 00. Only got to fit into it once but it looks fabulous on! For reference I’m 5’7” and weight 130lbs. I usually wear a size XS/S tops and size 26 bottoms.
