This is a vest by Red Kap. It has a quilted lining, good for fall to winter use. IT is marked as size L-RG and is about 28 inches long and 23 inches pit to pit. It has had little use. The zipper has a bit or corrosion from storage, works fine. There is also some storage dust, just dug out of a bag it was in for years.
