Red & Green Bowtie Small Dog Pet Collar

Super cute red and green striped inspired bow tie collar. It is in excellent used condition, but there is a tiny black mark on one side of the strap, as shown in the picture. I didn't try to get the mark off, but I bet you could easily get it off with a rag and a tiny bit of oxiclean and warm water. This is a hand made custom item, and because of the way the ribbon was glued onto the collar, the collar CANNOT BE ADJUSTED TO ANY OTHER LENGTH. So, please review the measurements in the photo, and please take into account the length of buckle that will snap into place, which is about a 1/2 inch. Please measure your pet accordingly before purchasing this item, to insure the proper fit. All hardware functions perfectly, and there is a loop to attach a leash. It fit my maltipoo perfectly, and was worn only once for a photo shoot. The stuffed animal dog toy isn't included, he was just my model ;) Thanks for looking, and feel free to ask questions! :)
