Fun fringe party dress. This dress has super fun long red fringe over a sheer bluish multicolored dress. Sequin accents across the top. Flapper style dress. Please note that this dress is homemade. It does not contain any tags. And it does have flaws. The stitching is definitely not perfect and the straps are a bit uneven. This would be perfect for a costume party or a theater performance.
