This is a very pretty little dress. It says XL. The front measures 14.5 inches, but there is a wide elastic band in the back that stretches to 19". It has a tie in the back. It has a slip in the skirt part. The tag says it is made of cotton, linen, and synthetic material, but does not give the percentages. It comes from a smoke-free home pet friendly home.
