Does the material stretch? & doe it fit true to size, or is it Asian sized.

@ladymoondance hi love! this dress is from forever 21 and it does fit true to size with a little bit of stretch. i bought two sizes - a small and a medium to see which one fit better, but i ended up not even wearing either of them lol so both are brand new with tags as well. you get to choose the size you want at checkout ❤️
