Red Empire Waist Flattering Long Sleeved Top

I, a 36B, cannot fill this top out. It’s flattering and such a soft material, which gives it a lovely flow, but it just doesn’t look as sexy on me as I’d hoped because I can’t fill it out. Really nicely made. I’ve worn it maybe twice before realizing it’d get more wear elsewhere! It’s pretty long, and passes as a tunic on me if I want to wear it with leggings at 5’5”.
