This Red Dupioni Silk Smocked Dress is MOST ADORABLE!! The little dress is made of 100%Raw Dupioni Silk, giving it a wonderful texture and sheen. The entire bodice is smocked with red and gold embroidery done in a honeycomb design. Braided red and gold threading is woven to create a lovely pattern. Sweet clusters of 3 tiny pearls adorn the bodice on top of the honeycomb design embroidery. The sleeves are somewhere between an cap sleeve and a short sleeve. They are trimmed in a matching piping. The Peter Pan collar is also trimmed in a matching red silk piping. The back has an upper button closure and a tie back sash for the perfect fit.
