Red Dress with White Hearts All Over

Pretty dress with ruffle detail at hem and flutter sleeves. Looks like polka dots from far away but they’re white hearts. Purchased for an event where you had to wear red and it was perfect. However I’ve lost weight and now it’s way too big on top for me. It’s from Amazon so it’s not a recognizable brand. Smoke free home. I do have cats but this has always been kept in the cat-free part of my house.
