Red Cut-Out Tank (Great for events!!)

I made this out of an XL Fruit of the Loom Shirt from Walmart for a pep rally back in high school! The bottom is cut off and tapered so it curls up, and the sleeves have been cut off so it could be turned into a racerback-style shirt. Really cute decorative piece.
