Red & Cream Skirt

Really cute & breathable skirt. Thin cotton, but not see-through. Juniors small. 13" waist (lying flat), stretches to 15". Length is 16". Used, but in very good condition. Only flaw is in last image; when the skirt was made, the hemline was messily finished.
